The Men's Club was established to provide an opportunity for male members of the Armed Forces of the United States of America to play golf in an environment that both upholds the standards of play and the camaraderie born of shared experiences. Objectives of the Club
What We DoThe Men's Club sponsors over 20 tournaments a year, manages handicaps under the Southern California Golf Association, issues informative Newsletters during the year, supports activities of the Southern California Military Golf League and maintains the standards of golf while encouraging enjoyment of the game. Twice yearly, the club holds a general meeting for all members. It is preceded by a golf scramble and followed by a luncheon held at the new Admiral Baker Club House. Membership InformationThe Men's Club has two basic types of membership: Regular and Associate Regular MembershipMale members of the armed forces of the United States on active duty for a period of more than ninety days (other than for training purposes), retired personnel, members of the Fleet Reserve, and reserve personnel possessing a valid ID card are eligible for regular membership. Associate MembershipMale dependents, over the age of 18, who are current legal spouses of active duty or retired female military personnel, and who possess a valid dependent's ID card; male members of the DoD (active and retired); male members of the Navy League; and sponsored males. Applications are available in the Admiral Baker PRO SHOP. The current annual membership fee is $60 (initial membership fee $70).
